Art-A-Whirl, NE Minneapolis

AAW_Logo_2008 Wow, even more great news…  I am going to be featured in the NE Minneapolis Art-a-Whirl this Spring!  If you’ve never attended any of the shows, I must encourage you to come out.  This is an extraordinary art event and massive. My husband and I have been going for years and still haven’t covered all the galleries yet.  Friday nights are a blast with the opening receptions and party atmosphere.

I will be one of 15 artists showing works at Castle Building & Remodeling in their studio space at 2600 Johnson Avenue May 16th-18th.

During May’s Art-A-Whirl open-studio and gallery tour, Castle Building & Remodeling will host 15 truly unique artists who work in mediums that range from photography, sculpture, clay, iron, oil, tile, etchings, and stained glass. Many artists have chosen to donate a piece of art to be auctioned off in a silent auction. A portion of proceeds from the auction will be donated to Rebuilding Together Twin Cities.LisaDrewPhotos
